Tango was a donation to our programs with a background in toting around riders of all ages! He is short and stocky, and sweet as can be. We love his size, as he is large enough for a teen or smaller adult to still ride, and small enough for little children to feel right at home!

Moonlight

Age: 7

Breed: Pinto

Sex: Mare

Height: 15.2 hands

Disciplines: Western and English

Sports: Trail riding, extreme trail course, riding lessons.

Moonlight is our pretty, gray and white pinto mare. She is a bit younger than most of our horses and tends to get bored walking in circles in the indoor arena... So she drags her feet and acts like a slowpoke. Until she gets out on the trails! She will do anything and rides out alone like a dream! She can be sassy, but like all our horses, is easily handled by small children and can do anything you ask.

Interested in having a horse all to yourself but not having to pay all the extra added costs associated with horse ownership?

Those who don't have the time or budget to buy or adopt their own horse can consider a monthly lease on one of our wonderful horses here at True Heart Equine Enrichment Center! We provide a variety of Leasing options to suit every type of rider. When we go to shows or trail rides, Lessees have first option to go with! If you are leasing one of our horses as it comes up for sale, you get first option to buy!

I have horses that are gentle as can be, actively enjoy their jobs, and are trained for just about anything; They have done guided trail rides, lessons, fun shows, extreme trail competition, cattle events, therapy riding, jumping, and have carried flags in parades for veteran events. As I have many options, this would be available to either children or adults, and the time allotted depends on the experience of the rider and if you need to be supervised or not.
We are close to Greencastle area, riding all year is possible. Riding lessons and show coaching are readily available; Our show team goes to events all year long and lessees who take lessons have first option to come with to events and trail rides and camping weekends.
And if you try one horse but would like to move to another, you are not locked in to a single horse!
I personally teach western but the horses are used to both english AND western so you are more than welcome to use which ever discipline is most comfortable to you.
Leasing is a really good option to get more into horses without buying one right away, and you only have to worry about one monthly cost.
